Matthew 22:37-39 tells us: “Jesus said to him, You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. If we truly love God and our neighbor, we will naturally keep the commandments. This is looking at God’s law positively. Rather than worrying about all we should not do, we should concentrate on all we can do to show our love for God and others.

• Project Norman- On September 8, Jim from Coral Springs, Joe from Miami and I visited with Norman and his wife in Kendall. It was a sweet time of fellowship. |
We were all blessed by our visit. We presented him with the certificate of appreciation from Promise Keepers and it was a touching moment for us all. |
• Update ISI FB Tequesta – The Iron Sharpens Iron Conference at First Baptist of Tequesta went very well. There were approximately 250 men in attendance. There was a time of praise and worship during the morning and afternoon sessions. Additionally, there were seminar offerings during the morning and afternoon sessions. There was also a tent for exhibitors. Everyone left feeling better than when they came and truly blessed by the spirit of the Lord. Pastor Paul and his men’s ministry warriors at FBT are looking forward to ISI returning in 2008.

Romans 15:13 tells us; “Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” God’s power is unleashed when we get our ego out of the way. Start letting go and letting God. Amen.
